If you love the taste of onions but don’t want to shed any more tears, organic microgreens are the perfect solution. They take a little time to develop to their full potential, but – once ready – can be cut without difficulty and used to flavour any of your recipes, thanks to their intense and pungent taste reminiscent of the adult vegetable.

Organic Onion
Organic onion seeds, botanical name Allium cepa, are one of the most famous and popular varieties of liliaceae. With a little patience, you can grow them and harvest seedlings with green, flavour-dense stems. Aromatic and intense, but never annoying, Onion microgreens are the natural seasoning you can no longer do without.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic Onion microgreens requires a little patience, but with a few little tricks and a bit of waiting you will get a great result.
The first step is to store the seeds in the refrigerator for a couple of days; this step will reawaken their germinative will, so that your harvest can be quicker and more uniform. After that, you can soak your seeds in cold water for 5/6 hours. Drain them well, then sow them, remembering to water them at least a couple of times a day.
The first shoots will sprout after 5/7 days, while you will have to wait about 12/15 days for the microgreens to grow.
How can I eat it?
Organic Onion sprouts and microgreens, with their strong aroma, are a natural and pungent seasoning for your dishes. We suggest you use them as a garnish, so as to enrich and enhance the taste of your dish, without covering the flavour of the other ingredients.

Organic Onion microgreens seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
