2,00 18,00

Organic Broccoli raabs sprouts are the ideal choice for those looking for taste and nutrition without too much effort. Like all other brassicas, this variety grows quickly and easily and lends itself well to enriching any dish with its savoury and slightly bitter taste.

Description

Organic Broccoli raabs
Organic Broccoli raabs seeds, botanical name Brassica rapa cymosa, are part of the cabbage family. This variety, too, grows quickly and requires no special care. Its sprouts are characterised by small white roots and green leaves; rich in fibre, vitamins and – above all – sulforaphane, they give off an intense flavour with a slightly bitter aftertaste right from the first taste.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic Rapini sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To make sprouting quicker, we recommend leaving your seeds to soak for about 8 hours. Place them in a container and cover with lukewarm water, then drain them by removing all the soaking water.
At this point, you can continue to rinse your organic shoots at least a couple of times a day, paying attention to the possible creation of water stagnation in the container. In just 3/5 days, your organic Broccoli raabs sprouts will be ready to be enjoyed.

How can I eat it?
Organic Broccoli raabs sprouts and microgreens, with their intense and slightly bitter flavour, are ideal for adding a note of taste and nutrition to your dishes. Try them in salads, or create new flavour combinations in smoothies, sandwiches and soups.

Organic Broccoli raabs seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
