Organic yellow Beet is the colourful and nutritious alternative with which you can complete the look and taste of your dishes: characterised by a bright yellow stem and two small green leaves, it is rich in vitamins – especially A, C and K – and antioxidants. In short, beautiful to look at and good to eat!

Organic yellow Beet
The seeds of organic yellow Beet, botanically known as Beta vulgaris conditiva, produce sprouts that are highly valued both for their unique colouring, with green leaves and a bright yellow stem, and for their sweet taste with an earthy aftertaste, also typical of the adult vegetable.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic yellow Beet sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.

Like the other varieties in this family, Beet seeds need a room with a stable temperature and little ventilation in order to grow best. We recommend soaking them for about 6 hours in warm water. After that, you can continue to rinse and drain them regularly, at least a couple of times a day, and in less than a week you will be able to enjoy your organic yellow Beet sprouts.

How can I eat them?

With their sweet and earthy flavour, yellow beet sprouts are excellent eaten raw. We suggest you to try them as a base or garnish in your salads, or as a colourful and nutritious addition to your sandwiches and side dishes.

Organic yellow Beet seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
