If you love the taste of Garlic and are looking for a new way to include them in your recipes, the organic Garlic Chives sprouts are the perfect solution: they take a few days to grow to their full potential, but once ready you can use them to flavour any of your recipes, thanks to their intense, pungent taste reminiscent of the adult vegetable.

Description

Organic Garlic Chives

Organic Chives seeds, botanical name Allium tuberosum, are one of the most famous and appreciated varieties of liliaceae for their fresh and intense taste, like that of the adult vegetable, and their great versatility in cooking. Tender and thin, they are also rich in vitamins and minerals.

How can I grow it?

Producing organic Garlic Chives sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
The first step is to store the seeds in the refrigerator for a couple of days: this step will awaken their germination willpower and make your harvest quicker and more uniform. Next, soak your organic seeds in warm water. After 6/8 hours, drain them so as not to create water stagnation and place them in a container away from direct light sources. By continuing to rinse and drain them at least a couple of times a day, in just a week you will obtain tender and fragrant filaments with which to enrich any of your dishes with flavour.

How can I eat it?

Organic Chives sprouts and microgreens, with their strong flavour, are a natural and pungent seasoning for your recipes. Try them in salads or sandwiches, as an accompaniment to meat and fish dishes or as a garnish on croutons and bruschettas.

Organic Garlic Chives seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.

Store the seeds in a cool and ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
