Fenugreek is particularly popular in the Middle East, where it is mainly used as a fresh spice or dried herb. Thanks to its mild, bitter flavour and simple and very fast growing process, organic Fenugreek sprouts are the perfect choice to add an exotic and nutritious touch to your dishes.

Description

Organic Fenugreek

Organic Fenugreek seeds, botanical name Trigonella foenum graecum, are a perfect starter for those wishing to grow sprouts and microgreens for the first time. This variety is highly appreciated for its leafy leaves, which are characterised not only by a crunchy texture and slightly bitter taste, but also by a wealth of vitamin C and minerals such as iron and calcium.

How can I grow it?

Producing organic Fenugreek sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To facilitate germination and make it as uniform as possible, we recommend soaking the Fenugreek seeds for 6/8 hours. After this time, drain them well and place them in a container, which should remain as far away as possible from direct light sources. Proceed by rinsing them and draining the water well 2/3 times a day and, in just 3 days, you will have fresh, crisp Fenugreek sprouts to enjoy.

How can I eat it?

Organic Fenugreek sprouts and microgreens have a crunchy texture and a bitter taste, reminiscent of celery. You can use them to add a tasty, healthy, exotic touch to salads, sandwiches, soups and smoothies.

Organic Fenugreek seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.

Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
