NON-GMO organic seed for sprouting

3,20 38,00

Organic Calabrese broccoli is one of the most common and popular varieties in the world of sprouts and microgreens, because it has a fast growth rate that does not require special care. Its leaves, with a delicate taste that tastes like cabbage, are very rich in nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, especially sulforaphane, a powerful natural antioxidant.

Description

Organic Broccoli Calabrese
The seeds of Broccolo Calabrese, botanical name Brassica oleracea botrytis cymosa (var. italica), sprout from a thin white stem and small green leaves. They have a delicate flavour, typical of cabbage, and are rich in nutrients: good for the palate and the body, they will be the ingredient you can no longer do without.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic Calabrese Broccoli sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To ensure the quickest sprouting, we recommend leaving your shoots to soak for about 8 hours. Place them in a container and cover with lukewarm water, then drain them by removing all the soaking water.
At this point, you can continue to rinse your organic sprouts at least a couple of times a day, paying attention to the possible creation of water stagnation in the container. In just 3/5 days, your organic Calabrese Broccoli sprouts will be ready to be enjoyed.

How can I eat it?
Organic Calabrese broccoli, second only to black cabbage in sulphoraphane content, is a super food. We recommend eating it raw, as an addition to salads or bruschetta, or as a side dish for meat and fish dishes.

Organic Calabrese Broccoli seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
