Description

Organic yellow Beet
The seeds of Organic yellow Beet, botanical name Beta vulgaris conditiva, give life to sprouts and microgreens that are highly valued both for their unique colouring, due to the bright yellow stem, and for their sweet taste with an earthy aftertaste, also typical of the adult vegetable.

How can I grow it?
Producing organic yellow Beet sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
Organic yellow Beet seeds, like the other varieties in this family, need a stable, low-ventilation environment to grow best. We recommend you to soak them in warm water for about 6 hours and, after sowing, to keep them in the dark for the first 5/6 days, watering them sparingly and often; the first shoots will sprout after 4/6 days.
Then, to ensure that your seedlings have the best possible colour and flavour, place them in sunlight, continuing to spray with water, until they are ready for harvest. After waiting 15/18 days, you can harvest and enjoy your yellow Beet microgreens.

How can I eat it?
With their sweet and earthy flavour, yellow Beet microgreens are excellent eaten raw: we suggest you try them as a base or garnish in your salads, or as a colourful and nutritious addition to your sandwiches and side dishes.

Organic yellow Beet seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
