7,50 127,80

Lovage, also known as ‘mountain celery’, is a herb native to Mediterranean Europe that is very similar to parsley in both appearance and flavour. Its microgreens, rich in benefits and flavour, are the perfect way to add freshness and nutrition to any dish.

Description

Organic Lovage

The organic seeds of Lovage, botanical name Levisticum officinale, develop more slowly than many other varieties, but the end result will repay your wait: its microgreens, thanks to their fresh flavour and the nutrients they are rich in, are a versatile, genuine and original solution to flavour your dishes.

How can I grow it?

Producing Lovage microgreens is easy even at home, but requires a little patience.
Organic lovage seeds prefer to be sown in soil and particularly prefer a warm, bright environment. Once sown, we recommend keeping them covered for 8/12 days while they complete the germination process.
After this period, you can place your organic lovage sprouts under a light source. You will have to wait a total of 21/28 days to harvest them and enjoy their intense, fresh flavour.

How can I eat it?

Organic Lovage microgreens are characterised by being fresh and tasty, with an intense aroma reminiscent of parsley and celery. You can use them to add flavour to any dish: salads, soups, meat or fish dishes, but also sauces and smoothies.

Organic Lovage seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.

Store the seeds in a cool, ventilated place, between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
