Description

Organic Radish Venom

Organic seeds of Radish Venom, botanical name Raphanus sativus, are the perfect choice for those who want to try their hand at growing microgreens. They are fast-rising and require no special care, and ultimate success is assured: its small leaves are not only a concentrate of vitamins, especially B and C, and minerals, but also give off a strong, pleasantly spicy flavour.

How can I grow it?

Producing organic Radish Venom microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
These seeds do not need to be soaked, so sow them on a substrate of your choice and spray them with water little and often. At this stage, the seeds may develop a white fuzz around them: this is not mould, but micro-roots. Until the seeds have sprouted, store them in the dark. Once the sprouts have sprouted, move them into the light and continue to water them regularly until the microgreens have grown, after a total of 7/10 days.

How can I eat it?

Organic Radish Venom microgreens are characterised by their juicy, crunchy texture, the bright green hue of their leaves and a spicy flavour. Fresh and tasty, they are therefore ideal for adding colour and flavour to any dish, from sandwiches to salads, from starters to main courses.

Organic Radish seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.

Store seeds in a cool, ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, changes in humidity and sunlight.
