Description
Organic Broccoli raabs
Organic Broccoli raabs seeds, botanical name Brassica rapa cymosa, are part of the cabbage family. This variety, too, grows quickly and requires no special care. Its leaves are small and green, with thin, white stems; rich in fibre, vitamins and above all sulforaphane, they give off an intense flavour with a slightly bitter aftertaste right from the first taste.
How can I grow it?
Producing organic Broccoli raabs sprouts is quick and easy, even at home.
To ensure the best growth of your organic Broccoli raabs microgreens, we recommend keeping them in the dark for the first 3/4 days after sowing until they have completed the sprouting process. Once they have finished, you can move your seedlings into sunlight so that they can best develop their characteristic colour and flavour. By continuing to water them little and often, you can harvest them after a total of 8/10 days.
