Organic Sweet Lupine
Sweet Lupine seeds, botanical name Lupinus angustifolius, develop microgreens with a refined and original appearance, characterised by juicy stems and broad, star-shaped leaves of a bright green colour. Easy to grow and rich in vegetable protein and fibre, they are ideal for enriching your diet with taste and creativity.
How can I grow it?
Growing Lupine sweet microgreens is quick and easy, even at home.
Firstly, soak your seeds for a period of 6-8 hours. After that, drain them and sow them in the substrate of your choice (potting soil would be ideal). Place them in the dark and sprinkle them with water, taking care not to create waterlogging, until they have sprouted in 4-6 days. After that, move them into the light and continue to water them; after a total of 10-14 days, your organic sweet Lupine microgreens will be ready to be harvested and enjoyed.
How can I eat it?
Sweet Lupine microgreens have a delicate flavour with nutty notes. Their elegant, tapered shape makes them perfect for adding nutrition and beauty to cold dishes, sandwiches, main courses and desserts.
Organic Lupine seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
Store the seeds in a cool and ventilated place, with temperature between 8° and 20° C, away from weather, humidity changes and sunlight.
