Chickpea is one of the oldest varieties of legume and is highly valued, so much so that it is one of the most widely produced leguminous crops in the world. Its microgreens, however, are no different: easy to grow, they are rich in protein and minerals and have a crunchy texture perfect for any dish.

How can I grow it?
We recommend soaking the seed in cold water for 5/6 hours.
After that, place the seeds in a tray with potting soil and keep it covered for 3/4 days; this step is essential to allow the seeds to germinate as evenly as possible, avoiding direct sunlight hitting them and promoting proper moisture inside your pot.
Afterwards, you can remove the lid and continue growing the organic Chickpea microgreens in sunlight, watering them a couple of times a day. Check them and taste them often, to make sure that you harvest them when they have reached the perfect consistency and flavour. Usually, this happens after 10/12 days.
How can I eat it?
Organic Chickpea seeds may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, gluten and grasses.
